PTW has reached the final round of the
iF DESIGN AWARD 2021

PTW Freiburg GmbH (PTW) has qualified for the iF Final Jury. An international top-class panel of 91 experts has selected the dosimetry specialist to take part in the final round of the iF DESIGN AWARD 2021 for the design of its reference class electrometer UNIDOS® Tango.

The iF DESIGN AWARD is presented annually by the world's oldest independent design institution, iF International Forum Design GmbH in Hannover, and has become one of the most prestigious design competitions worldwide. With more than 10,000 entries in 9 disciplines and from 52 countries, this year’s award saw a record number of entries. Only the best 50 percent of all submissions are admitted to the Final Jury who will make its final decision on the award winners end of March.

UNIDOS® Tango is the latest generation of high-precision reference class electrometers from PTW, which was launched in 2020. With its industry-leading resolution of 0.1 fA, Intelligent Detector Recognition (IDR) and multiple connectivity options, it has set a new global benchmark in terms of technology and usability.
