PTW Latin America (PTW LA) was set up in 2005, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, to provide dedicated local service and support to users in Latin America by operating in the same time zones and languages as our customers do.

PTW LA is supported by an exclusive network of sales and service representatives providing radiation medicine solutions encompassing all dosimetry needs in most countries south of the Río Grande down to the Strait of Magellan. Together, PTW LA and its exclusive representatives are committed to ensuring the highest customer satisfaction with PTW solutions and services.

PTW LA’s exclusive representatives are authorized members of the local technical service network and support the highest standards of technical ability and support through: regular technical training, service qualification programs at PTW headquarters, and continuous recertification.
