This flat-panel ionization chamber array can be easily set up on the treatment couch. Combined with the OCTAVIUS 4D MR system, it provides a complete solution for 3D patient-specific plan verification. With a detector density and resolution perfectly adapted to the application, that dedicated MR-conditional OCTAVIUS array detector allows very reliable and accurate measurements of the dose delivered.

Optimal size for multi target SRS treatments

Stereotactic treatments require high radiological and, most importantly, spatial precision which should be checked for each patient individually.
Due to its high spatial resolution (2.5 mm) and its large detector area of 15 x 15 cm² OCTAVIUS Detector 1600 MR allows patient specific QA of SRS treatments.

Recently TPS and linac manufacturers introduced new solutions for efficient planning of SRS treatments of multiple target volumes with a single isocenter. These applications often include multiple widely-spaced target volumes easily covered with the large detector area of 15 x 15 cm².
